Double room:
£650pcm (en suite)

Hi, I'm Joe and I'm 29 year old professional looking for a flatmate to occupy a double en suite room in Leeds city centre.

My current flatmate is moving to Australia in April, so looking for someone to take up the tenancy.

I’m an easy going and sociable person, and keen to live with someone who I get on with. Of course, I respect peoples personal space too when they need! (I’m a very tidy person if that helps too).

I enjoy playing sport and going running/to the gym etc., but equally like to enjoy myself and socialise with mates on weekends.

The flat is situated in Robert’s Wharf, near Leeds Dock, and is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Rent is £650 and bills roughly £180 a month each
