Having to move out due to work being too far from Leeds. I moved here over a month ago and whilst my experience of living here has been great, I have found the commute to work awfully long due to unexpected train delays affecting my time of arrival. I've therefore decided to move far closer to my place of work. This is a short term let made to cover my remaining commitment for the contract I signed.

You can continue to live here longer-term if you pay 730pcm as this is a premium ensuite room located in city center - i just need it filled asap since ill be moving soon and dont want to pay 2 full double rents (:
