Hi unfortunately my son isn’t continuing at Leeds uni and he’s looking for someone to take on his tenancy in his shared house on Manor Drive (LS6) Hyde Park/Headingly. You’d be sharing with 5 girls and 2 boys in a decent sized double room. Shared bathroom with one other. Huge shared kitchen and living space. Responsive landlord. Friendly housemates all aged 20/21 who are looking for someone similar. Sociable group but they all have different friendship groups too. Rent is £513 per month and utilities £83, happy to negotiate on first months rent and contract is only until end of May. Kitchen equipment, bedroom lamps etc can be left.
