Hey! I'm Beth, I live in a two bedroom flat on the ground floor. I live in Woodhouse area (LS6) with my cat Pickle and looking for a new roommate. My roommate is moving away and I am looking for another girl to take over their tenancy. The rent and utilities is £695 each a month not including council tax. The room will be available from 1st January until 31st August with opportunity to renew till the following August!

Bit about me: I am always up for a movie night in or going out for drinks. I love going to see live music and going on new adventures. I keep my mess contained in my room and try to clean up after my cat Pickle but she does get her toys everywhere (sorry in advance!).

The pictures attached are of the room that is available. The bed, bedside table, draws and wardrobe come with the house. The room may have a different layout as my roommate changes it around but I'm happy to help you lay it out however you want! There is also a private parking space at the back of the property.
