I’m moving out of my cosy double room in Hyde Park and i’m looking for someone to take over my lease until 30/6/26!
the housemates are super friendly and do occasional get togethers - for the most part everyone is quiet and respectful of space and noise. Very close to Uni of Leeds, Brudenell Social, Sainsbury’s Local, Headingley and lots of busses to and from the city centre.
The bedroom is large with two windows, lots of natural light, a shared bathroom, a bed frame suitable to store things under, a large capacity wardrobe with shelves, a desk and a chest of drawers and yet still plenty of moving space!
3 bathrooms and one w/c. Cleaners come to clean communal areas.
Feel free to message me for more info and/or sorting out a viewing!
