Hey!

I’m moving out towards the end of August as I’m changing university and need someone to take over my tenancy!

My friends and I are in a 4 bed house in LS6 1NG, it's got easy bus routes into town, and is in the studenty area without being on the path of the otley run.

We are a very clean household and are all chilled out. We aren't the kind of house that are having loud parties til the morning - we all have way too much studying and stuff to do 😭 As a house, we're waaay more likely to have a cup of tea in the evening than a pint.

It's really pleasant living here, a bog standard student house in LS6 but we keep it clean and nice:)

The room is on the ground floor and is a good, decent size with lots of light, a large desk and plenty of shelving/clothes space. The kitchen and living area is quite large with LOTS of cupboard space, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over it!!

Bills are £130.36 per month
