I’ve recently dropped out of university and I am looking for someone to takeover my tennacy at 23 ebberson terrace In Hyde park. The room is a ground floor room which is the same floor as one of the bathrooms. The rent is 525pcm and then 102 pcm in bills Which includes WiFi, gas , electric and water.
