The household currently consists of two male and one female second-year students who are very welcoming, sociable and enjoy both going out and relaxing at home. You do not need to be a second-year student to apply.

The tenancy runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, and there are only two instalments of rent remaining. £3600 approx
• Rent: £97 per week / approximately £400 per calendar month (bills included).
