House is in a quiet cul de sac location surrounded by woods, off street parking on my drive. With a large garden & gazebo great for the summer.
We’re Next to the brownlee sports center that has a cycle track. 3-4minute walk to the bus stop into Leeds or towards ilkley. About 5-8 min walk to the nearest Asda express.
Looking for a non smoking (including vapes)female professional or mature female student to share my 5 bedroom house with just myself & my son (7) who lives with me half time as I co parent with his dad. Basically he’s with me every other evening & every other weekend.
Shared kitchen & living but if you want to watch tv in peace & have your own space then there is a lounge I rarely use you can use. The room available is on the 2nd floor next to my guest room.

I’m a freelanced interior designer & largely work from home. Be nice to have company but also if you like your own space you can have that too. I’d like to think I’m easy going & respectful as I’ve been a lodger in someone’s home too.
I’d like to think I’m a young 45. I do like the calmer life nowadays but do like to go out & paint the town red every now & then….as long as I’m home before midnight haha
