I am unfortunately moving out of my current house share so would love for someone suitable to move in and take it over!

The room includes a double bed, desk and chair, a huge built in wardrobe, and a small side cabinet (chair and side cabinet not shown in photos but will be included for move in). You’ll also have an EN-SUITE bathroom which is great for a house share in Leeds! Lots of nooks and crannies to include extra storage and has a window for air flow (so frickin awesome)! What’s nice about this room in there’s a little private hallway outside the door which I’ve shown in the photos, so you can fit so much like your shoes, utility, laundry, etc. you can even control the hot water and heating from just outside! (Big plus)
The house itself is really big as it was two semi detached houses merged into one! Such a quiet and safe few streets with an old church that rings throughout the day. So nice and charming. Really spacious living room and kitchen with lots of cabinet and fridge/freezer space. Washing and dryer machine also in kitchen. council b I believe,, ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!! (Holy moly)

Kirkstall is such a nice area to live in!!!! Just a five minute walk is the Kirkstall Abbey especially for the sunsets coming with the winter months. A stones throw away from reliable bus stops that take you straight to the city center, and just a ten minute walk from the big Morrisons, a PureGym, and many many manyyyy more!

You’ll live with five other roommates who are all nice and respectful and good fun to talk to. I am a very clean and tidy person so room will be perfect for move in so you choose to continue hehehe🌷
