There is a small garden out the front to catch the afternoon sun on the steps, with a gardener provided by the letting agent. House has on-road parking directly outside.
Housemates are Asim, Erin & Jess. Asim has just graduated from his masters, Erin works in social research and Jess works away so it’s basically a 3-bed house.
Bills come to £75-£100 each per month.
Possible flexibility on moving dates if required.
