Looking for someone to take over my shared tenancy.

I dropped out of uni and have moved back home, so my room is available to move into straight away.
I share the house with three other 3rd year students, who are all super nice and very chill.
Our house is very relaxed and sociable; we don't have big parties but often have pres etc.

Location
It is right next to Headingley Stadium in a super safe neighbourhood; we've never had trouble with any neighbours or robberies, plus we have a Ring doorbell.
30 minute walk to the Beckett Headingley campus,
Under a 10 minute walk to shops etc.

Tenancy ends 30th June 2027.
