The room is very clean and comfortable.
The kitchen and utility room - washing machine are all available to use. There is a separate shower and toilet for your private use. There is also wi-fi in the house.
The property is situated within walking distance of Headingley, near Beckett's Park, and less than three minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which brings you past the universities and into Leeds city centre. (15 mins). The area is quiet and residential.
This house is my home (I am a live in landlady) and this is more of a lodger arrangement as opposed to house share.
I would be interested in six months terms and if suitable for myself and prospective tenant I will extend the let.
This room would suit a student or professional who is out during the day, i. e. not working from home,
