I am a private landlord with a lovely house to let in the slightly quieter Burley border of Headingley behind the stadium.

The price includes all bills, all utilities, the best fibre optic broadband on the market and council tax.

The houses location is great - far enough from Headingley to be much quieter, safer and more crime free but still very convenient. The bars etc are only a short stumble away if thats your thing, and you have burley road links to town 2 mins away with buses all the time, or the train station 4 minutes walk away. There is a corner shop 2 streets down or Coop 4 minutes away where there is also burley park train station which is one stop into the city centre.

The house itself has a nice big lounge with leather sofas and wood floor and a 50 inch smart TV there's a big kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and loads of cupboards, so plenty of storage plus a table and chairs and is equipped with all the mod-cons (microwave etc), oven and dishwasher.
