Looking for someone to move into my room in January. Really nice flat, great value for money in a really good location right in the middle of town. Perfect for young professionals. The flat has a large living space with 2 sofas, a dining table and a full kitchen. Also has 2 bathrooms, the other bedroom has an en suite so the main bathroom will be yours. Other flatmate is a 24 year old male, really laid back and easy to live with.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to move out early 2 months before the end of the tenancy and go back home, so I am looking to find a replacement to move in as soon as possible. Once the tenancy is up in February, my flatmate is happy to renew so you have the option to stay here short term until February or renew the tenancy for another 6 months then if you’d like.
