Hi I'm currently a 25 year old tenant looking for other potential tenants for a house share in woodhouse. However will be moving out soon. There's one tenant on the top floor room 5 and he is nice.

It's really nice and great for the price. Good sized rooms. 4 are available and there are two bathrooms - the double bed is in the basement. New beds, carpets and lights recently.
Good Wi-Fi speed - like 500mbs download and included in rent just not the utility bills, so we can split that between us.

-Couples only allowed if you are both paying for one room each (per tenant).-

As long as everyone is respectful to one another and easy going that's all that matters :)
