I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a house in Hyde Park so I can cancel my contract.
❗️End of contract 30th June 2026❗️

💷- Novembers rent has been paid. Decembers is due 25/11. The deposit has been payed.

🏡- 3 Bedroom house, shared with 2 girls who are studying/ working . Therefore, a female would be preferred.

🛏- The bedroom is furnished and located on the 1st floor. This floor has a furnished bathroom which you share with one of the girls.

💷- The rent is:
£152.50-Bills included (per person per week)
£662.65-Bills included (per person per month)

Bills include: Gas, Water, Electric, TV license, Virgin Broadband (Virgin Media 100 Mbps Fibre Internet).

The girls work long shifts including 12hrs as student nurses. Therefore, being respectful of each other and noise to minimal is a MUST!

20 minute walk to the University of Leeds.
