I am moving out so I am seeking someone to move in to my room. The other flatmate is a 26 year old professional female working 9-5 Monday to Friday in Leeds city centre.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms with en suites, a hallway area with a storage cupboard and washing machine, and an open plan kitchen / living area, with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and 4 ring electric hobs. There is also a private balcony overlooking the river and canal. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a reception and a full concierge service provided 12 hours a day 7 days a week, including secure collection and storage of packages / post.
