Rooms in an amazing house with character in City Centre, not an apartment!
No exaggerated luxuries. Very functional, CLEAN and welcoming.
An international feel and mix. For professionals, graduates, visiting academics etc.
Always warm, colourful, but very peaceful and respecting.
I am an ex housemate. I will always stay there whenever I am working in Leeds. I have done it many times from 3 to 18 months at a time in the past.
The owner is extremely honest, genuine and friendly, always making an effort. And when everyone shares his approach place becomes even nicer.
The rooms are for short (or long) let.
Rents are equiv. of £105.00 to £ 108.00 per week. They include: Wi-Fi Internet, Council Tax, TV Licence, Water, Gas.
Only Electricity is shared, it is very low to my latest update.
Bond is £ 400.00
There could be a small Re-Let Cost for short lets depending on the end date.
House has all the facilities. Not new built but re-furbished, looked after and well maintained. Just nice and comfortable.
Keeping it extremely clean is a matter taken utmost seriously.
The star feature is the LOCATION! In a fantastic space in city centre, near everywhere that matters.
