I am looking to transfer the contract for my room in White Rose View from July 1st - September 14th because I won't be living in Leeds! It is in the city centre, close to Leeds Beckett and Uni of Leeds (you can see both from the room).

This is the end-of-flat room (so only one person next to you) in a 7 person flat on the 11th floor. Most flatmates are British with two international students, 3 male and 3 female.

The room price is £194 per week, £1,219.43 total but willing to negotiate! The room can also be available earlier if needed, though you would need to cover the extra days :)
