This is the top-floor room, with great air ventilation. So if you are worried about the air in there, it’s cool enough for summer when either one window is slightly opened and warm enough for winter when window is closed.

There’s two toilets in the house, one of them with bathtub. So you may want to take the room with a nice and clean bathtub for your relaxing bath after work or study. I have left 5 cupboard occupancy for people who is going to take over my tenancy, with 3 layers of fridge and 2 layers of freezer. So you will have enough space for storing things.
