Double attic room in a cosy girls house – available from April

We’ve got one lovely attic double room available in our house, with move-in from the start of April (potentially flexible for short-term too!).

The house is in a super nice location – about a 10–15 minute walk into the city centre, on a quiet, cute street right near two parks 🌿

The house itself is really spacious, with a big kitchen/lounge area and a garden that’s perfect in summer (fire pit, bean bags). It’s a very homely, relaxed space.

The room is a good-sized attic double and comes furnished with:
- Double bed
- Large wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Large Desk
- Velux window

We’ve also got a washer, dryer and all the usual kitchen bits.

You’d be living with 3 girls (all working professionals). Everyone’s really friendly, clean and easy to live with. We’re not a party house, but we’re definitely sociable, we love doing things like cinema trips/movies at home and going for drinks. At the same time, we all have our own busy lives and respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for another girl who’s clean, easygoing, and ideally up for being friends as well as housemates 💛

A bit about me – I’m 23, work in marketing/graphic design, and I’m quite sporty. I’m keen to try new clubs/classes around Leeds, so would love someone who might be up for joining too!

All bills are included (including council tax – Band B), and there’s a parking permit available if needed.

No pets at the moment, but we’d definitely consider a cute dog 🐶
