Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay? We have a basement room available in a friendly shared house, just a 10–15 minutes walk from University of Leeds campus.

The room comes with a toilet outside the room, but rarely used by the other tenants, giving you great privacy and comfort. The house is currently shared by three Muslim Malaysian tenants who are all friendly, tidy, and respectful, and we keep the house clean and peaceful.

Wi-fi is also available in the house! So you can comfortably do any study or remote work from home.

Bills are separate from the rent and varies according to usage. The average bill comes down to about 60 pounds per month. This bill payment consists of electric and gas, wi-fi, and water bill.

The location is ideal:

5-minute walk from a bus stop and city bike station, making it easy to get to the city centre

Close to convenience stores and restaurants, perfect for quick grocery runs or meals
