Original Rent £580. I have negotiated a discounted price for the first two months (the remaining 2 months of my tenancy) with £230 off and can do more if required. Everything around the house is super accessible, bus stops, 24/7 Sainsbury’s and Londis, and just a 20 mins walk from city centre. The two housemates are clean and quite friendly but also keep to themselves.
