Decent sized double room in a shared house of 8 people, about a 20 minute walk from the uni of Leeds.
The room is one of two in the basement of the house, with its own kitchen and toilet/shower shared with the other basement room. The house has 4 toilets and 3 showers, a shared living room, two kitchens, and is fully furnished.
All other people staying in the house are students going into their second year at the university of Leeds, and are all sociable and friendly people that enjoy going out clubbing, to pubs and pub quizzes, and playing sport.
Bills and WiFi are included in rent, and the house is council tax except as it’s all university students.
No preference for the gender of a new housemate but preferably it’d be a second year student around 19-23 years old.
