Why hello there!

A little introduction, my name is Claire. I am 36 and I am looking a lodger I am looking for someone similar to myself, I am quiet, tidy and have a love of the great outdoors! I love hiking, yoga and meditation. I do not drink. I work full time and study so I have quite a busy life.

Mature students also considered. My apartment is on the 25th floor and has some incredible views over Leeds city centre. The room has its own bathroom too!

Ok, so a little about the flat.

There are 2 bedrooms, and the room that I am renting out has an ensuite. Not to mention the panoramic views over Leeds. It is on the 25th floor so pretty high up. There is a kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Pretty much everything to be able to easily move into. The building itself has 24/7 concierge service, it is really nice and secure.

It is situated within 5 minutes walk of Leeds City Centre, and minutes away from the train station. With Tesco Express, Starbucks and other amenities on site.
