Hey! I'm going away from end March to end June, and need a subletter :) The room is super warm and sunny. We're a friendly communal house, with a big garden, cosy living room, and cycle storage. We're in Chapeltown, right by a Tesco Express and a 10 minute cycle into town/gyms/cafes.

We like to keep it tidy and share chores. We do shared dinners a 1-2 times a week, so looking for someone who's open to join in with that. Everyone likes and respects private time too. We're vegetarian/vegan friendly household, and would prefer no meat is cooked in the house.

Bills include council tax, wifi, gas etc, AND also includes veg, pantry and bread contribution, happy to chat more about it. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, and desk.
