I am on holiday now and looking to rent my 2 bedroom apartment as 1 bedroom apartment while away until 3rd Jan.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge , double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, a free community gym and all bills included.

The Double Bedroom has beautiful 2 large windows, a double bed, a study desk and a large wardrobe. It comes with a good size shower room with toilet.

It costs me £1800 to live there. So I am happy to rent it out for £1800 for 28 days. If you require les than 30 days then the minimum renting period is 2 weeks, which will be £1100.

Please no time wasters! My flat is currently on airbnb for much higher price.

All the bills are included also a new built gym.
