Double bedroom for let in a modern and clean 4 bed household. There is currently 2 people living here both 25 year old and professionals. We are looking for someone who is either a professional, graduate, phd or masters student.

The room is furnished with a bed, drawers and bed side table and is a medium sized room. There is 2 toilets and one bathroom/shower. We are very clean so it would be ideal if the new tenant shared this trait!

All bills are included in the price (Council Tax, water, Broadband, Gas and Electric.)

,I also have a dog so the person would need to be comfortable around dogs! The lounge is used as my office so usually you can find me in there however, the rest of the house is accessible to everyone. The room is available from 1st July however, I can flex this for the right tenant!
