I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 Bed flat on New York Street (less than a 5 minute walk to Leeds Conservatoire and a 15 minute walk to Leeds Beckett) It’s a really lovely flat in a great location, right next to Kirkgate market. The room you would be taking over is the biggest room in the flat, 2 bathrooms so you would only have to share with 1 other person.
