Large double bedroom available in a quiet, comfortable home in Leek (ST13).

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, independent and laid-back person who is looking for a home rather than a party house. The house is in a quiet area and I’d ideally like someone who appreciates a relaxed and peaceful environment.

The room is a large double and would be suitable for someone who wants their own space and is happy to live independently. The bathroom is shared.

Bills are included in the rent, including Wi-Fi.

I work Monday to Friday and I’m not always at home at weekends, so you’ll have plenty of your own space and independence. I’m easy-going and friendly, and I’m happy to have a chat or occasionally go for a drink, but I also enjoy having my own space.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of the home, and who is comfortable with a relaxed, friendly household.

There is no parking available, so the room would suit someone who doesn't need off-road parking.

The room can be furnished or none furnished.
