I have a spacious double room available for a friendly doctoral researcher! The house is located in a quiet corner of the popular Kingfisher Estate, just a 5-10 minute walk from the university campus and Loughborough town centre. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelving unit. There is shared use of the main bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. Outside, there is a lovely garden with patio area, a garage for bike storage, and sole use of an off-street parking space is also available if required.

I'm looking for someone who is chatty and happy to watch tv/movies with housemates, but also clean and considerate :) an interest in sport is a bonus too!
