We have double bedrooms available (single occupancy) located in a traditional setting less than a mile from Leicester city centre. Professionals/postgrads/mature students who are looking for a quiet, comfortable house to share. Available for male or female. Rent INCLUDING UTILITIES (including cleaning) from £425-£450.00 per mth.. Band C Council Tax is included in with the rent. The house has a large kitchen/diner, additional kitchen bathroom and shower room. There is also a shared lounge. Each bedroom is of double size and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk and includes WIFI The house is situated just off Fosse Road with park views. Buses run regularly into town but we are 10 minutes walk from the city centre and ideally situated for the DMU, Glenfield & LRI hospitals and Braunstone Gate. We currently accommodate people from the caring profession and would welcome similar. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate couples or two people in one room.
