My name is Simon, I am looking to let out a single bedroom in my home. The bedroom is currently furnished but I'm happy to clear the room should you wish to furnish it yourself.

I am a single 39yr old male, fairly recently separated. I have my children stay with me at weekends and work full time during the week. I am a tidy person looking for someone to move in to help lighten the load of rising living costs. I do have a friendly dog who is locked away when I'm not at home and is no trouble.

The house has a modest bathroom, 2 good sized double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. A good sized kitchen, separate utility and 2 downstairs living areas. I have a good sized tidy garden and a garage as well as off Rd parking.
