Large double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom occupying the top floor of a three story house in Kibworth, a pretty south Leicestershire village. Good pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways all within walking distance.

The room has an ensuite shower room with double shower, toilet and wash basin, and offers a good degree of privacy. The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, table, desk and TV. There is also a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave provided located in a separate room on the same floor. Both rooms occupy the top floor of our home.

Previous guests have been professional people working in Wigston, Leicester (London Road and the University) or Market Harborough looking for privacy and somewhere comfortable to stay in the working week, usually Monday to Friday. The room will not be used for any other purpose whilst occupied, so belongings can be left in the room on the days you are not with us.

You are welcome to smoke outside in the garden and share our kitchen if needed. Please note that occasional extra nights can be accommodated at additional cost and a 4 night per week stay would attract a reduction in rental cost.

Kibworth is approx. 20 mins from Leicester city center via the A6. Wigston, Oadby and Leicester University are an easy drive away of about 10-15 mins. The market town of Market Harborough is also a short drive away with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Rail links to London are available from both Leicester and Market Harborough and take about an hour.

We are looking for a quiet professional person working temporarily away from home in this area. You should be clean, quiet and tidy and an animal lover.

We are an easy going, flexible and friendly couple with adult children and grandchildren who occasionally visit. We share our home with an old dog and a mad cat.
