It’s a 2 bedroom new build house in coalville, just off of Bardon road. Really close the Bardon industrial estates and the Amazon warehouse. There is a McDonald’s, Morrison’s, Aldi, Lidl and costa all within a 2 mile radius. All bills are included in the price . There is a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet, living area, kitchen, garden and 2 parking spaces.
