Hello, we're 3 nice lads (I promise), needing a 4th for our house. There is no summer rent due to a bathroom refurbishment meaning it's a fixed rate of £4950 for the year (inc. bills), with rent starting in September.
The rent is listed as £95 per week as this is what it would be if it was a 52 week which is what 99% of everything else in Loughborough is, but in reality it's £117 per week, for 42 weeks.

The house is fantastic, there's 2 and a half bathrooms, a big garden with a garage, driveway parking for multiple cars, and even a spare single room for guests!! There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. All the rooms are near equal in size and all quite big. The price is a steal tbh. Also a great location, next to the library.

As for us, I'm an engineering student but I try to do as much as possible socially even though my course is demanding. Oskar and Sammi are both design students. We're all interested in cars, me in particular, and we're a very sociable house, spending most of our time chatting in the living room as opposed to staying in our rooms all day. We're going into 3rd year and have been flatmates for our first two years.

We are very sociable but we don't go clubbing all the time, anymore at least 😅. We're all in relationships and our girlfriends are over quite often.

We are CLEAN and strongly desire someone who is clean aswell!!!
