Moving out for work – room available from late June

I am leaving for a new job and need someone to take over my room. The room is a comfortable double in a shared house, close to the city centre and local amenities. Good transport links – easy access to University of Leicester, DMU, and city centre.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk,. Shared kitchen and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. All bills included (gas, electric, water, wifi).

You will be sharing with other professionals– respectful, quiet housemates who keep communal areas tidy. Looking for a clean, responsible person who pays rent on time and is considerate of others.
