My lovely lodger (of 8 1/2 years) moved out recently, so I am seeking a new lodger to rent the middle bedroom in my house. It is a very spacious double room in a lovely home located in Dane Hills, near Western Park.

It is an ideal location, away from busy streets, in a quiet cul de sac but also within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants in town or on Braunstone Gate

It is a spacious terrace house, with a quiet, friendly and respectful set up, the neighbours are also lovely and quiet. This is not a party house so would suit a like minded, mature, personality.

There is only me and my cat, so it is comfortable and airy and not crammed with loads of people or mess.

The room, which I am currently renovating, has a King size Habitat bed, vintage G Plan furniture and a spacious built in wardrobe

Shared areas of the house include the front parlour, dining room/snug, kitchen and bathroom and garden. There is also an open fire and wood burner to keep everything cosy

The rent includes all bills plus tea, milk, tp etc

I can also do a Monday to Friday person, for a slightly lower rent.

I am a LGBT+ friendly house. Plus deaf friendly/deaf aware/ BSL as I can sign.

Rent is £625 pcm and a £500 deposit is required to secure the room. Plus 2 references are also required.
