We are professional couple live in house and looking for a housemate who is friendly, tidy and respectful and who can live with a dog. Harper, our furry girl is so friendly.

Room is bright, clean and comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom . Getting sunshine during the day. It comes fully furnished (as shown in the pictures).
Beddings can be provided if needed.
Of course happy to share kitchen and utility appliances and all kitchen stuff.

It is only 1.2 miles away to Amazon BHX2.
Aldi is 4min away by car and 15 min by walk.
Motorway is 5 min drive.
Very close bus stop.

Available to move in from 17th Jan.
