We have three large rooms that we rent in our rural farmhouse, on an organic farm. My husband and I work on the farm.
The rooms are fully furnished and have a desk and sofa in each. These three rooms share a bathroom.
Ours is a busy house with lots of things going on, but has a real sense of calm about it.
There is an old dog and a young Cat that are allowed into the kitchen but not around the house, they do spend most of their time outside.
We would prefer tenants that go out to work rather than working from home.
All the bills are included.
