The property has the positive of off street parking available if you have a car and is located in a quiet village area surrounded by nearby countryside. However, it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive before you are near the local towns. There is also a local bus service nearby that go through the village to both Leicester city centre and out towards Market Harborough. The area has lots of lovely places to go for walks and or cycling and has a couple of pubs and takeaways nearby. I also find the neighbours are very friendly and easy to talk to.
