Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen/diner and second reception room. You would be more than welcome to bring friends and family round and utilise the additional reception room for privacy.

2 other rooms will be occupied by male working professionals. One of which works from home full.

House is kept very clean by the landlord and all communal areas cleaned to a good standard at least once per week. Feel free to chip in where you can. Though you are expected to keep you own room clean.

Rent is expected 1st of each month and first payment will cover the beginning of the month you move in. If you move in mid-month it can be prorated. No deposit needed.

Washer and dryer available though clothes line is encouraged during those warmer days. Driveway parking available otherwise, secure off street parking
