Hello - me and my female partner are renting a newly decorated furnished double room in our 3 bedroom house. It’s just us two in the house.
we are looking for ideally tidy professional individual.

Within walking distance to the town centre and train station, there is also a shop on the end of the street.

The room has recently been plastered, painted with new spotlights and carpets installed.

The room is furnished including a double bed with under bed storage. 2 bedside units with drawers. A chest of drawers and also a double wardrobe.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me/my partner. There is lots of on street parking.
