FEMALE strongly preferred by current female tenants - 1 single room available in 4 bedroom house, 5-minute walk from the University of Leicester students. Highly recommend viewing the rooms and house. Address 172 Welford Rd opposite Homebase.

Will be sharing with 3 females (Malaysia, Phillipines, India).

Utility bills (gas and electric) are not included, water rates and broadband are included. If not exempt from Council Tax, rent will be £330 per month.

One bathroom plus additional wc room.

Strong preference for a responsible female student for this property, students who will respect living next door to families, and will keep the house clean.
