We live in the house and keep it clean and tidy. Cleaning of the shared spaces is included (you only need to tidy/clean after yourself).

Outdoor, there is a weight-training area with a pull-up bar and weights. There's also a covered pergola and an area with a bistro table and chairs.

Located on Clarendon Park Road, a great area with bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and parks; next to Queens Road and the University of Leicester. 25 mins walk from city centre.

On-street parking.

There is also a chocolate Labrador on the loose (4 years old!) so a love for dogs will help. He is very well behaved and welcoming :)
