This bedroom is available from 2nd of January in a 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. It is 15 mins by car to the city center and the University of Leicester and 9 mins by car to the Demontfort University. It's me and my close friend living in the house at the moment and we would like to have another female roommate to share our house. We are quite clean, responsible, and organized and would like to have someone with these qualities. This is not a student house as I live here permanently with my 2 cats (1-year-old easy-going siblings) and the house is in a family area. However, people from any profession are welcome.
