The house is shared between Elise, a French Phd student at Leic Uni and myself, the home owner, a Photographer and Writer. The area is quiet, but parking is difficult, especially during the University term. There is a Resident's Parking Scheme in opporation between 09.30 and 10.30 Mon-Fri. The house has good central heating and you would have use of kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and fast cable broadband. There is no TV, but there is a license so okay for iPlayer etc. A cleaner comes once a week so the house is always clean and tidy.
