We are two students (Lauren & Jodie) currently in 2nd year photography course at DMU. We are looking for a third flatmates for the flat we are moving into in July 2024, for 1 academic year.
The property is a top floor flat, which is roomy and well maintained. Located in the city centre, it is less than a 10 mins walk to DMU, 15 mins to the train station and 5 mins to Highcross shopping centre. Council tax band E (for non-students).
We enjoy staying in and watching a film & cooking, but also going to the pub for drinks. We like spending time together as a group but also allow & respect time to ourselves - especially since we will be in our final year by the time we move in.
There is a deposit included but can be flexible with payment.
