I’m looking for a female to take over my flatmates lease in a two-bedroom flat. The available bedroom is a large double room and comes with added storage cupboards in the hallway. The kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room are furnished. There is a garden currently shared between us and one other flat, and the road has free parking.

You will be sharing the flat with myself, a friendly laid back professional who goes into the office 3 times a week.

The flat is in a great location with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants/bars. It is just off London Road and a 5 minute walk to Broadway. It is just under 15 minutes walk to Chalkwell station.

The lease will end May 8th, so ideally looking for someone to move in then but could be flexible on this date.
